When I photograph Sikh Weddings, I like to keep the morning bridal portraits relaxed and natural. I aim to use soft window light and to not over complicate things, so the portraits have a timeless feel.

For the stunning Aman, I photographed her getting ready in her living room by a window. As you can see, the light falls on Aman beautifully.

Her makeup was by the super talented Trina Purewal, who always has her brides ready well on time! This allows us to have more time with the bride and for her morning bridal portraits to be relaxed.

I also love to capture the jewellery and mehndi, those details completed the incredible look of Aman. We also used her chunni to get some creative shots, before it was pinned into place.

Most importantly, Aman’s gorgeous smile and lovely personality shone through in the photos!
